2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the electronic products (power electronics, semiconductors, and components) ordered by the BUYER through the SITE, in accordance with applicable Consumer Protection Laws and Distance Contracts Regulations.

3. PRODUCT, PRICE, AND ORDER VALIDITY

If there is visible damage (crushed box, opened static-protection seal, or wetness), the BUYER must file a "Damage Assessment Report" with the courier and reject the package. Acceptance of the package implies that the product was delivered in perfect condition.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

5.1. 14-Day Window: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product without providing a reason. 5.2. Conditions for Power Electronics: To be eligible for a refund, electronic components (IGBTs, diodes, thyristors, etc.) must be returned in their original, unopened anti-static packaging with the factory seal intact. 5.3. Usage Exclusion: Any product that has been soldered, mounted, or integrated into a circuit is strictly non-returnable due to the risk of electrical damage during installation. 5.4. Return Shipping: For withdrawal-based returns, the BUYER is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the product reaches the SELLER undamaged.

7. LEGAL JURISDICTION

8. ENFORCEMENT
