Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. GENERAL TERMS

1. By placing an electronic order through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, as well as other applicable international trade laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

3. Shipping costs, which are the product shipment expenses, shall be paid by the Buyers unless stated otherwise by a campaign.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

2. NON-PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY

7. If the Buyer does not pay the price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

8. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unauthorizedly after the product is delivered, and the price is not paid to the Seller by the bank, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the Seller.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

9. If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events that the Seller cannot foresee, the situation shall be reported to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery. If the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

4. BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT (CRITICAL FOR ELECTRONICS)

10. The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services before receiving them; damaged or defective goods (dented, broken, torn packaging, etc.) shall not be received from the courier. The received goods/services shall be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for the careful protection of the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11. The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to them or the person/organization at the address indicated, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

6. CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

12. For electronic components (IGBTs, Thyristors, Diodes, etc.), the right of withdrawal is only valid if the original anti-static packaging has not been opened, the product has not been soldered, mounted, or energized.

13. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the original invoice, the return form, and the box/packaging of the products must be delivered complete and undamaged.

14. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest after receiving the withdrawal notification.

7. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

21. According to the regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for:

    • Goods prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal needs.

    • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health, hygiene, or technical safety (unsealed electronic components).

    • Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in physical media if the protective elements have been opened.

    • Services started with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.

8. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. If the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made by credit card, the Buyer accepts that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the Buyer.

9. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

25. Bank Transfer / EFT: You can make your payments to our company accounts in Turkish Lira (TRY), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP).

26. Credit Card: You can benefit from online single payment or installment options for all types of credit cards through our website. The amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of the order.
